Why should I sign up?

Slow, mindful movement has been researched and shown to be effective in improving symptoms of depression and anxiety, among other mental health concerns. Mindful Movement can help you re-balance the nervous system and can actually improve decreased energy levels. During the workshop, we will explain this in a lot more detail!
