She holds a MS in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Exercise and Sport Psychology. Jillie has over 10 years of experience in behavioral research focusing on the effects of healthy lifestyle changes such as exercise, diet and weight management from Wake Forest University. She integrates this knowledge into treatment and works with clients who want to combine certain health-related behaviors to improve mood and overall quality of life.
When not working, Jillie enjoys playing soccer, dancing, running, hiking, yoga, and being outdoors.
